Objective: Design and develop an html email for the President and CEO of Transamerica, Individual Savings & Retirement. This html emails needs to be eye catching, yet fun, asking the employees to come up with ideas to improve their department and environment.

Target audience: Internal Employees

Outcome: This email was a successful way to draw employees to our intranet site, and give them the opportunity to be heard by upper management, concerning their wants and needs within the organization.
