Cochlear Baha Upgrade Mailer, Designed and Developed by Katherine Hanke

Programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign

Objective: Design and produce a Cochlear Baha upgrade mailer that will grab our current recipient’s attention, but still adhere to the Cochlear brand. The mailer should include: four panel upgrade brochure, a testimonial, upgrade order form, and return envelope.

Target audience: Current Cochlear Baha Recipients

Outcome: The project manager requested that this design be “outside the box” from what they have produced in the past. This design was well received by the recipient service team and produced orders.
